Pizza Co.
If you ever find yourself wandering down Oxford Road in Manchester and craving a proper feast, Pizza Co. at 121 Oxford Rd, M1 7DU might just hit the spot. It’s not your typical pizza joint-this spot blends bold flavours with comfort classics and has a street-side charm that draws in students, late-night snackers, and anyone looking for something hot, cheesy, and satisfying.
Let’s start with the star of the show: the pizza. At Pizza Co., things get serious with the Meaty Pizza-a full-throttle, carnivore’s dream topped with generous portions of spicy lamb, pepperoni, chicken, and melting cheese on a crispy thin base. If you're into fiery flavors, the Hot and Spicy Chicken Pizza and the Spicy Chicken & Spicy Lamb Pizza bring the heat without overpowering the taste. You’ll find the spice perfectly balanced by the chewy crust and savory tomato sauce, creating a layered bite every time.
Craving something fried and finger-licking good? Their Chicken Wings and Spicy Wings are surprisingly addictive. Juicy, well-seasoned, and served piping hot, they make a perfect side or standalone snack. Pair them with a portion of golden French Fries or go classic with their Garlic Bread, which is toasted just right-crispy on the outside, buttery in the center, and topped with herbs for that satisfying kick.
But it doesn’t stop at pizza and wings. Pizza Co. has built a quiet following for its Fatayer with Doner Meat, a lesser-known gem that hits the mark if you’re after something heartier. The doner meat is juicy, and the pastry shell is perfectly baked-soft, slightly crisp on the edges, and packed with flavor. Another unexpected delight? The Double Cheeseburger. It’s stacked high, dripping with cheese, and always hits the comfort food cravings dead-on. If you’re more into crispy poultry, the Fillet Burger is a solid pick-crispy, not greasy, with that satisfying crunch on the first bite.
Now, while Pizza Co. isn’t about flashy decor or ambient lighting-it leans more toward grab-and-go or chill with friends while munching-it does deliver on the things that really matter: tasty food, affordable prices, and generous portions. It’s all about quick service and full bellies.
Although there’s no wheelchair-accessible car park or entrance, the restaurant offers delivery and takeaway, making it super convenient for anyone nearby. Whether you’re rushing between uni classes or ordering in for a movie night, the delivery service runs smooth and quick. They also accept credit and debit cards, making payment hassle-free for everyone.
One thing worth pointing out is the overall value for money here. Portion sizes are notably generous, especially for the burgers and loaded pizzas. Students and budget-conscious foodies often find this place a win, especially during late hours when other options are slim. It’s the kind of spot that doesn’t pretend to be fancy but nails the essentials: well-seasoned food, consistent quality, and big flavor.
There’s something refreshing about a place that doesn’t overpromise but still manages to overdeliver on taste. Pizza Co. knows what it’s good at-and it sticks to that lane with confidence. Whether you’re diving into the spicy side of the menu or keeping things classic with cheesy fries and garlic bread, this little spot on Oxford Road has carved out a reliable space for comfort eats done right.

Great wings. Just the correct level of spice to give it a kick without burning your mouth.Pizza was dry and too much red onions. If you want the pizza more saucy and with less onions, the them know. They will cater to any specific instructions. Fantastic service in that manner.
My favourite takeout in their Manchester. I love the food they offer. Their deals are amazing and their prices very competitive. Based on their prices, they do not compromise on quantity and quality. I have always left the takeaway with an overflowing tummy. Highly recommended. The people at the counter are very polite. Highly recommended.
